Setting Diego is inspired by the iconic painting by Alberto Giacometti.

His paintings and sculptures of speak a distinctive visual language. The layered structure of his work captures the essence of people in connection with their surroundings. The expressive power of the painting Diego—the portrait he made of his brother—is the inspiration for this setting.

Giacometti's varied brushstrokes, meandering lines and saturated tones come to life in hand-painted decorative cushions, a duvet cover set with embroidered lines, a generous blanket, decorative cushions in bronze and subtle prints.

"I collect a lot of different materials and I start playing with them, making combinations in which the structures are highly important." Combining various structures causes exciting effects.
