Mrs.Me introduces No.16 (Red, White and Brown), inspired by Mark Rothko's 1957 painting. Rothko, a key figure in the Color Field painting movement, created a tranquil, contemplative intensity on the canvas with large areas of colour and soft transitions, inviting deep contemplation.
This atmosphere comes to life in the bedroom with a setting that radiates peace and harmony by the use of soft fabrics, subtle colours and refined details. No.16 is an ode to Rothko’s remarkable oeuvre: a dialogue of texture, colour, and material in serene luxury.

The ivory-coloured duvet cover set Palette is made of crisp percale cotton 400 TC, Oeko-Tex certified. Designing Mrs.Me

Founder and creative director Lianne Ernst starts the designing process by finding materials that intrigue her. "I collect a lot of different materials and I start playing with them, making combinations in which the structures are highly important." Combining various structures causes exciting effects. Compiling the colour palette is the next step.
